Vendor eligibility
Vendors must provide truthful, current, and complete business information. Vendors must maintain valid TRA compliance, BRELA registration where applicable, and a valid liquor licence or other lawful authorization required to sell alcoholic beverages in Tanzania.
Document verification
RyeHub may require TRA certificates, BRELA registration certificates, liquor licences, storefront photos, addresses, regions, phone numbers, and other verification details. RyeHub may reject, suspend, deactivate, or request additional information from vendors that do not satisfy verification requirements.
Lawful alcohol sales and age checks
Vendors are responsible for complying with all applicable laws and regulations relating to alcohol sales, advertising, delivery, and age verification. Vendors must not knowingly sell or deliver alcohol to underage customers.
Product listings, prices, and stock
Vendors must list accurate products, prices, descriptions, images, and stock levels. Vendors must not list counterfeit, unsafe, illegal, expired, mislabelled, or unauthorized products.
Orders and delivery responsibility
Vendors are responsible for accepted orders and must update RyeHub order progress accurately, including Accepted, Preparing, and Out For Delivery. Vendors must not confirm receipt on behalf of customers.
Commissions and withdrawals
Vendor earnings, commissions, withdrawal methods, and payment timing are governed by RyeHub marketplace settings and any commercial terms agreed with RyeHub. Vendors must provide accurate payment information.
Disputes and cooperation
Vendors must cooperate with RyeHub support during disputes, including providing order, payment, delivery, stock, and customer communication information where reasonably requested.
Suspension or deactivation
RyeHub may reject, suspend, deactivate, or remove vendors for missing or false documents, unlawful conduct, counterfeit products, repeated fulfillment failures, abusive behavior, fraud, or failure to follow marketplace requirements.
