RyeHub marketplace role
RyeHub operates an online marketplace that connects customers with independent liquor stores and other approved vendors in Tanzania. Unless RyeHub is clearly listed as the seller of a product, the vendor shown on the product or store page is responsible for selling that product.
Customer responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate account, contact, billing, and delivery information. Customers are responsible for being available to receive orders and for ensuring that the delivery address is safe, accessible, and correct.
Alcohol purchases and age restriction
RyeHub is intended only for adults aged 18 years or older. By placing an order for alcoholic beverages, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that valid identification may be required upon delivery.
Products and availability
Product descriptions, prices, stock levels, images, and availability may be provided by vendors. Availability can change before an order is accepted or dispatched. If an item is unavailable, the vendor or RyeHub support may contact you about cancellation, replacement, or refund options.
Orders, delivery, and payment
Orders may be paid by supported payment methods, including pay on delivery where available. Delivery may be managed by the vendor or another approved delivery arrangement. Estimated delivery times are guidance only and may be affected by product availability, location, traffic, weather, and customer availability.
Cancellations and disputes
Cancellation options may depend on whether a vendor has accepted, prepared, or dispatched an order. If there is a dispute about a product, payment, cancellation, or delivery, contact RyeHub support with the order number and relevant details.
Vendor responsibility
Vendors are responsible for maintaining lawful authority to sell alcoholic beverages, listing accurate products, fulfilling accepted orders, and complying with applicable laws and RyeHub vendor requirements.
Prohibited misuse and account conduct
You must not use RyeHub for unlawful purchases, fraudulent orders, abusive behavior, false disputes, attempts to bypass age checks, or interference with the website, vendors, customers, or support processes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RyeHub is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by users or vendors, third-party payment processors, delivery delays outside reasonable control, or unlawful conduct by marketplace participants. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.
