Vendor-managed delivery
RyeHub marketplace deliveries may be managed by the vendor selling the products or by another approved delivery arrangement. The vendor is responsible for updating the order as it moves through the delivery workflow.
Delivery areas and fees
Delivery areas, availability, and fees may depend on the vendor, customer location, delivery distance, order size, and active shipping settings. Customers should review checkout details before placing an order.
Estimated delivery
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Preparation time, stock availability, distance, traffic, weather, and customer availability may affect delivery.
Customer availability and address accuracy
Customers must provide a correct delivery address and reachable phone number. Failed delivery may occur if the customer cannot be contacted, is unavailable, provides an incorrect address, or cannot complete required age or identity checks.
Age and ID verification
Alcohol orders are for adults aged 18 years or older. Valid identification may be required at delivery. Delivery may be refused if age or identity cannot be reasonably verified.
Order progress and receipt confirmation
Vendors should update each order as Accepted, Preparing, and Out For Delivery. Once the order is received, the customer should use Confirm Received to acknowledge receipt. This helps RyeHub maintain independent delivery records for customers, vendors, and dispute review.
Disputed delivery
If a delivery is disputed, RyeHub may review order status updates, customer confirmation evidence, vendor records, delivery communication, payment status, and other relevant information.
