RyeHub may collect customer account details, guest checkout details, billing and delivery information, phone numbers, email addresses, order history, and communications with support.
Vendor information
For vendors, RyeHub may collect store information, business phone numbers, physical addresses, regions, optional district or ward details, Google Maps links, TRA certificates, BRELA registration certificates, liquor licences, storefront photos, verification status, and review notes.
Order and receipt confirmation evidence
RyeHub records order progress and customer receipt confirmation information. This may include order ID, customer user ID where applicable, confirmation timestamp, IP address, user agent, billing phone, billing email, and confirmation method.
How information is used
Information is used to operate the marketplace, process orders, support delivery, verify vendors, prevent fraud and spam, resolve disputes, send account and order emails, support compliance review, and improve RyeHub services.
Service providers and platform tools
RyeHub uses WordPress, WooCommerce, Dokan, WP Mail SMTP, Cloudflare Turnstile, payment processors, hosting providers, and email systems. These providers may process information as needed to deliver their services.
Document retention and security
Vendor verification documents are used for compliance review and are stored with access controls. RyeHub keeps records for as long as reasonably needed for marketplace operation, compliance, fraud prevention, dispute handling, accounting, and legal obligations.
Customer rights and contact
Customers and vendors may contact RyeHub to request help with personal information, account access, corrections, or privacy questions. Some records may need to be retained where required for security, legal, accounting, or dispute reasons.
